What payment methods does Snugabye accept?

Snugabye Inc. accepts Visa and Mastercard processed through our secure checkout feature. Snugabye also accepts certified cheques and money orders. Your order is shipped once payment has been cleared.

Does Snugabye accept returns or exchanges?

Returns are accepted as long as the product has not been worn or washed with our authorization. Unfortunately we do not refund shipping cost.

Yes, please see the wholesale page, and fill out the required information. Your information will be reviewed and you will be notified.

What are the minimum quantities needed to order for a wholesale customer?

You must order 12 pieces of a particular style in assorted sizes.

Is there a discount for wholesale customers?

There are special prices for wholesale customers that are shown once you have received acceptance from Snugabye. You will need to log in with your wholesale user name and password to view the prices.

Where are Snugabye products made?

All of our clothing is designed in Canada. Once the garment is designed, we then source out the best manufacturers around the world, who must comply with demanding quality control standards.
