What payment methods does Snugabye accept?
Once your order has been made, our automated shipping server calculates the cost of shipping to you under various methods. This allows you to choose which method suits your needs. Currently we offer all the services of UPS and Canada Post. The estimated date of arrival is located beside each method of shipping.

On the day your purchase is made, you will receive email verification with your bill. The verification will list the product(s) you have purchased and confirmation of your shipment method.

You will receive a confirmation email on the day the product is shipped from our warehouse. You will then receive an email with your tracking number (if applicable). Your order can be tracked at www.canadapost.ca or www.ups.com.

All orders will be shipped pending credit approval. If issues arise, customers will be contacted by our service center.

Items will only be shipped during regular business days (Monday-Friday). If an order is received before 2pm EST it will be shipped the same day. Orders received after 2pm EST will be shipped the following day. Orders received on Friday after 2pm will be shipped on Monday.

Order cancellation
Please email as soon as possible to cancel your order. If your order has been shipped, you may send it back to us for a refund. Shipping cost is to be incurred by the customer.

All Canadian retail orders receive free shipping over $75 before taxes. Wholesale order shipping is extra.
